Evolva creates educational ERP system


Evolva is participating as a partner on the project "The interdisciplinary curriculum of secondary vocational schools" within which the ERP system will be developed for the purposes of the programme Training company. Evolva will develop an integrated information system that is going to support learning how to manage business which includes accounting, payroll, procurement, warehouse management, sales and production monitoring.

The project was launched by Gospodarska škola Varaždin and the total value of the project is over 2 million kunas which is financed from EU funds as part of the call for grant "Modernisation of school curriculums in vocational schools". At the press conference which was held at the County Palace in Varaždin on May 26th 2015, the project was presented by the principal of Gospodarska škola Varaždin Katica Kalogjera Novak, head of the Department of education, culture and sports of the Varaždin County mr.sc. Miroslav Huđek, CEO of Evolva Matija Tomašković, and representatives of two vocational schools who are also partners on this project - the principal of the Secondary School M. A. Reljković Slavonski Brod Vlado Prskalo and principal of the School of design, graphic arts and sustainable construction Split Ivan Kovačević.

The aim of this project is to create the educational business ERP system which will serve as a new teaching method based on IT technology. This will introduce information and communication technology in the education process so that the students of vocational schools develop their skills and become more competitive in the labor market.
