The 4th International Conference JavaCro'15 has brought more than 200 participants at the Red Island near Rovinj
in Croatia, under the main sponsorship by the company Evolva. The main topics, Java cloud and Java EE 8, were
covered through the total of 48 lecturers. IT specialists from the company Evolva contributed to these interesting
topics by sharing their experiences when it comes to innovative solutions in business practice.
Matija Tomašković, CEO of Evolva, gave a presentation titled
Java application crashed, now what?
in which he talked about how to investigate crushes or deadlocks of a Java web applications in enterprise environments.
Matija recommended what a crash report should contain and also demonstrated techniques and tools for
a quick analysis and prevention of such situations.
Daniel Strmečki, a software developer at the company Evolva, held a lecture on the topic of
GP: AspectJ and GUI form generators,
in which he gave an overview of a generative programming with examples from the Java world, and also presented some
examples of a generic programming and an aspect-oriented programming in Java (AspectJ) with implementation of a
Java code generator and complete GUI forms in a Java web environment for the development of business solutions.
