In Evolva Debt Collection, payments made by your debtors, you can import from Excel into
the application in just a few clicks, so that you have an up-to-date state of each debt at any time.
Before importing, the application will execute numerous controls so that there is no entry for
duplicate payments or payments on the wrong debt.
For each debt, all payments are visible and, if needed, you can also manually update them.
Payments that the debtor has promised to pay up to a certain date can be recorded as a payment
announcement and when it comes time to check whether the payment has been made.
According to completed and announced payments, you have at any time information on the remaining
amount of debt of an individual debtor.
