In Evolve Debt Collection in the My debt collection taks module each billing agent in one place has a list of tasks to be processed for efficient debit processing.
Tasks can be solved individually, but also by mass if, for example, a document is generated for a larger number of debtors.
Filtering completed tasks is also enabled.
When solving a task, you can enter a final comment that will be used for future activities on debt or as an information on the deal with the debtor.
In order to keep all your long-dated activities timely, you can create a reminder for a specific day.
That way, you always know what to do and when to do it.
