You can import debts from Excel in Evolva Debt Collection.
Data on debtors, debts and insurance persons should be entered in Excel and imported into the application.
An application will, before import, check to see if the data is properly filled out and whether there are any duplicate records in Excel.
It will also check if some of the debt you intend to import from Excel already exists in the system.
Before you make the import debts, the application will show you the status data for each excel debt.
This will give you insights into data that may have been mistakenly entered in Excel and you can fix them before they are imported into the app.
The app will notify you of import status. You can find all the imported debts in the Debt portfolio module.
The debts you have imported can be assigned to billing agents so that from total debts imported,
each billing agent gets approximately the same amount of debts and approximately equal number of debts in
processing. The application will ensure that debts are properly distributed to billing agents.
